NCCK COMMITTEE FOR THE HOMELESS

As the Committee for the Homeless bring support to the Seoul residents who especially suffer through this winter season, one social worker that works

with the NCCK committee developed an idea to bring the homeless and others together in a friendly and social atmosphere, to get to know each other

and share their lives.  The concept came together to prepare a concert

for March 15, of a choir made up of both the homeless and the housed. 

The choir will be directed by Maestro Jeo Woo Hyun, who has directed

the well-known choirs of MBC and KBS.  Special music has been written

for the occasion, and during the evening, choir presentations will be interspersed

with stories of the homeless.

Practice sessions are beginning from Jan. 17, on Friday and Tuesday evenings

at 7 p.m., at Seoul Jeil Church.  Any singers who are interested in joining are invited.
