The General Assembly of the Church of Scotland in May 2013 has  instructed the World Mission Council to “Support the Korean churches  in their efforts for healing, reconciliation and peaceful reunification;  and instruct the Council to work with CTBI and other partners in  seeking to offer support for the healing of the historical wound of the  Korean people caused by the national division under the Cold War  System.”
